Sales Support & CRM



The Sales Support & CRM executes and supports the sales operation for the customers and consumers of BISSELL. The Sales Support & CRM will be responsible for providing the required sales, retail and pricing data. The role will also drive the pricing approval process and all relevant data required for listing our products. The Sales Support and CRM will furthermore be responsible for the coordination of the promotional spend and activation budget.

The Sales Support & CRM reports to the Head of Sales and works in close cooperation with the sales team and European functions like operations and finance. In this position communication is mainly in English and potentially Dutch.


Generic tasks of the International Sales Support & CRM include

        • Responsible for the CRM system coordination.
        • Assist in processing customer orders in Oracle.
        • Generic support to the sales team concerning partner requests, samples/reports/tools, etc.
        • Help with data/market/competitive analysis.
        • Updating the sales presentation templates with the latest and greatest data and product detail.

Master data coordination

        • Provide regular input to the sales team on the day to day tasks of pricing, forecasting, build planning and financial metrics.
        • Be the go-to person for all master data related questions and requests.
        • Help the sales team with content related requests.
        • Coordinate all content and data required for our product launches.

Pricing, market data and forecasting

        • Help the sales team and the sales planner with forecasting and pricing requirements.
        • Develop and maintain a forecast scorecard per customer.
        • Assist in the FOB order planning process.
        • Coordinate sell-out and sell through data. Work closely with the sales and trade team.

Sales Promotion Management

        • Coordinate the promotional spend and activation budget. Work closely with the sales and finance team.
        • Create weekly/monthly PO’s and credit notes as part of the annual activation plan.
        • Develop and maintain a promotional budget scorecard per customer: coordinate the pay for performance pricing elements.
        • Coordinate the annual promotion calendar/plan.
        • Identification of competitor promotions and new product launches.


What you bring to the table

        • 1-2 Years’ experience in sales support and a Bachelor/Master’s degree
        • Specific concentration and interests; Business Administration, Sales, Marketing
        • Experienced user in Excel; Pivot tables, V-Look up.
        • Ideally worked with distributors before
        • Advanced level of English
        • Commercial sense
        • Entrepreneurial mindset
        • Good communication skills
        • Interpersonal/collaboration skills
