BISSELL is looking for an international E commerce Manager to further continue the growth and to elevate and strengthen the tactical and operational expertise in the e-commerce domain. The international E commerce manager will be responsible for growing and optimizing the strategic local Amazon accounts.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account management new and smaller markets
Build a strong relationship with the local Amazon account teams for business planning and optimization
Liaise with the rest of the sales team to ensure seamless digital BISSELL experiences across channels and countries; gain and share insights into the on-line propositions of other key retailers/e-tailers
Oversee and manage the e-commerce activities across the relevant regions, to optimize the local Amazon business
Working in conjunction with the regions, ensure the appropriate content is available and set up online
Schedule and lead regular communications with the regional points of contact to ensure timely progress is being made and plans are on track
Lead portfolio and price management; plan and activate promotional activities and calendars.
Create and maintain an overall BISSELL Amazon and marketplaces roadmap
Pro-actively drive seeding programs (vIne) to create and improve reviews
Learn and apply on best practices across platforms, and countries
Work with the commercial stakeholders to deliver accurate monthly forecasts that account for; sales trends, seasonality, new product introductions and product phaseouts
Ensure timely and effective reporting that provides visibility to sales trends vs. goals, highlights, opportunities and threats, reviews and more manage third party agencies to run SEO, retargeting, translations and web development
PROFILE
What you bring to the table
Degree minimum: Bachelor’s in business, Marketing or e-commerce related field
Experience level: 5 years+ in an e-commerce environment; solid experience with Amazon is a must
Extensive knowledge of marketplace success factors to meet sales and financial targets, Understanding of the international e-commerce marketplaces, mobile experiences and key success factors
Experienced in dealings with key e-commerce players, Amazon and pure players across Europe
BISSELL Skill Set
Thinking in processes and experience with process optimization, especially for back-end processes regarding e-commerce fulfillment, service and financials
Implementation knowledge of e-commerce add-ons like ratings, reviews, and more
Working in complex, international environments with remote teams on multiple locations across different time zones
A hands-on, team player who can deal with a lot of freedom and give the team space to create innovative frameworks so that results are achieved.
